Meatballs Zucchini with old bread

Ingredients
300 g of dry bread
300 g zucchini
300 ml milk
2 eggs
100 g cheese
50 g feta cheese
1 tbsp brandy
70 g flour
1 bunch parsley or dill
pepper
salt
# For garnish:
500 g of yogurt, garlic podlucheno
Red tomato
pickles (fresh or sterilized)

Method
Clean, cut into small pieces of zucchini is cooked in milk. Once cool, smash. Add to bread broken quite in small pieces, eggs, grated cheese and feta cheese, more than half of the chopped parsley (dill), brandy, salt and pepper. The mixture was stirred until it became homogeneous. With a spoon grebva of ready mix and add some flour, as round the meatball. Fry in a little oil on both sides until light brown. Meatballs are served with podlucheno yogurt or tomatoes and cucumbers. Top sprinkle remaining parsley.
