Ingredients
200 g of honey
100 g sugar
1 vanilla
75 g butter or margarine
300 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 and 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
50 g ground hazelnuts
# To decorate:
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp ground hazelnuts
Method
Put the honey, sugar, vanilla and the butter in a pan on the stove and stirring continuously melt products until a homogeneous syrup. Transfer it to the court, which will confuse the dough and let it cool. Mix flour and baking powder, sift together with spices and nuts add them to the prepared syrup. Mix all the products to obtain the dough. Roll it on a floured surface crust thickness 0.5 cm with shapes cut out cookies. Apply the cookies with milk, sprinkle with ground hazelnuts and put them in a littered with paper baking tray. Oven preheated to 180C and bake about 15 minutes.
