Milk chocolate delight

Ingredients
# For the biscuit dough:
50 g Oreo cookies
2 tbsp butter
# dairy stuffing:
125 g cream cheese
4 eggs
1 cup (240 ml) sour cream
1/2 cup (120 ml) of cream
1 cup (200 g) sugar
2 vanilla
2 tbsp butter
150 g Oreo biscuits
40 g chocolate cooking
# chocolate Ghana:
160 g Chocolate Cooking
1/2 cup (120 ml) of cream
2 tbsp butter

Method
Biscuits dough is ground finely and add a little soft butter (2 slices = 2 tablespoons). Kneaded and placed in a tray - 20 cm diameter, is pressed by hand (if the butter is little can be added). Hello! I like your proposal, but not everything is clear. What is the size of the pan you used? This one dark chocolate described in the product is dough and ganasha or put extra? This 1/2. H. Liquid cream ganasha or is put in the dough? I apologize in advance if any of your questions seem very inappropriate!
