Milk salad with roasted peppers

Ingredients
6-7 red peppers
3 eggs
250 g drained yogurt
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
parsley for decoration

Method
The peppers are baked, peel and cut into small pieces. Hard-boiled eggs finely. Eggs and peppers are confused and put in bowl. Drained yogurt to add red and black pepper, the oil, garlic and salt. This mixture is poured pepper salad with eggs and garnish with parsley.
