Mini rolls in sour cream and butter

Ingredients
500 g of meat - pork or chicken fillet
100-150 g mushrooms or other stuffing of your choice
100 ml cream
sunflower oil for frying
butter
salt, pepper
2 onions

Method
Cut the meat into thin and large pieces, add some salt is sprinkled with pepper and fry lightly on both sides. Mushrooms finely and fry. In each piece of meat is placed on the mushrooms and turn to roll. Put them in the pan. Onion cut into small pieces and fry until transparent little sunflower oil. Cream mix with a little water, salt and pepper. Rolls are flooded with cream sauce, put it on top the onion and the butter, pre-cut pieces and slightly melted. Put it in the preheated oven and bake until ready. If you are doing with sour cream dilute a little more. To the stuffing of mushrooms can be added and a little grated cheese.
