Ingredients
300 g potatoes
100 g carrots
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion
300 g beef or lamb mince
1 tomato
1 tsp tomato paste
150 ml chicken broth
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp milk
salt, pepper
Method
Potatoes and carrots are peeled, cut into cubes and put to boil until soft. Strain still warm milk with a hand blender and rub through a sieve. Onion (finely chopped) stew in olive oil, add the minced meat and stew for 5-7 minutes. To make it fluffier mixture may be passaged. Returns to the stove, seasoned with salt and pepper, add tomatoes (peeled and chopped), broth and tomato paste. Allow to cook for another 10 minutes. In small porcelain shapes put the meat table, covered with potato-carrot puree and put balls of the butter. Bake oven, heated at 200 C until browned. Ready paycheta decorate as smiling faces using cut pieces of cucumber, tomato, pepper and olives.
