Ingredients
500 g dark chocolate
90 g butter
60 g of powdered sugar
3 egg whites
yolks 3
4 tbsp liqueur Kahlua * *
1 tsp instant coffee
500 ml whole-milk cream
Method
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath. In a large bowl mix the sugar, egg yolks, liqueur and coffee. Add chocolate to the bowl and mix. Beat cream foam and add it to the stirring chocolate. Beat egg whites to a foam. Add them to the mixture and stir. Transfer to serving bowls. Leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
