Much of beef roulade

Ingredients
1 kg of beef ham - boneless
100 g smoked salo or smoked breasts
50-60 g cheese
100 g or 200 g cream yogurt
3 eggs
1-2 pickles
4-5 tbsp fat
1 onion
3-4 cloves garlic
pepper
salt
Method
Meat is cut and hammered into large thin steak. Add salt to taste and sprinkle with pepper. At one end is put chopped boiled eggs, pickles julienne, cheese, shredded garlic and salo. Wind up the meat roll, firms with strong thread and fry in a pan with oil on all sides until color changes. Add the chopped onion, fry and pour some hot water. Allow to stew on low heat until tender. If necessary, add a little more water. The finished meat is removed, the thread is removed and cut into rings (slices). In the sauce, which is stifling the meat add the cream and simmer 10 minutes. With so prepared sauce pour the meat.
