Ingredients
          1 cup lard or margarine
          1 cup milk
          flour as necessary for soft dough
          1/2 cup chopped walnuts
          200 g honey
          salt
          # For the syrup:
          250 ml water
          250 g sugar
          sugar for rolling
              Method
              Knead the soft dough from the lard, milk, flour and a little salt. Roll out the dough into 5 mm thick sheet. Leaf with a water glass cut the dough circles.
