Muffins with honey

Ingredients
1 cup lard or margarine
1 cup milk
flour as necessary for soft dough
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
200 g honey
salt
# For the syrup:
250 ml water
250 g sugar
sugar for rolling
Method
Knead the soft dough from the lard, milk, flour and a little salt. Roll out the dough into 5 mm thick sheet. Leaf with a water glass cut the dough circles. The walnuts of honey and prepare the stuffing, which put on each dough circle. Envy as polukragche by pinching with your fingers firmly edges of the dough. Received buns arrange in a baking dish, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake them in a hot oven. More hot soak them in rare syrup prepared from boiled sugar and water, then soak them in granulated sugar. Optional might not be syrupy and to sprinkle with powdered sugar and vanilla.
