Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/3 cup olive oil or sunflower oil
3/4 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup feta cheese

Method
In a bowl, stirring the eggs, the milk, the oil, spinach and the feta cheese. Then add the flour and baking powder and mix. Pour into muffin pan. Bake in preheated oven at 190C degrees for about 20-25 minutes. * Appear 24 mini muffins. * 1 cup = 240 ml
