Mushrooms with cream

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms without stumps
250 g cream
pepper
salt
Method
Mushrooms are wiped clean with a damp cloth, placed in boiling salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Cream is vazvaryava and boil until thickened and poizpari. Mushrooms straining, pour boiling cream and cook 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately on warm plates. Before eating, sprinkle with pepper.
