Mushrooms with garlic

Ingredients
24 large field mushrooms
50-100 g butter
3-6 cloves garlic
pepper
salt
Method
The oven is heated to 225 C. The mushrooms are cleared as stumps carefully removed. Fry in lightly greased strongly heated frying pan until golden brown. It is very important not to let the water (this happens when the pan is not hot enough). Remaining butter mix with crushed garlic. Mushrooms are arranged on a tray with carved part up, and each is filled with some of the aromatic butter. Bake 10-15 minutes. Serve with toasted bread or baguette.
