Ingredients
500 g spinach
200 ml milk
200 g mushrooms
sunflower oil
2 tbsp flour
salt

Method
Sauté the mushrooms in the oil and when soften, add chopped spinach. Saute flour, replenish milk, mix to a smooth mixture and add the spinach and mushrooms. The dish is cooked on low heat until ready.
