Ingredients
5 handfuls (1 kg) nettle
1 cup (200 g) rice
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt

Method
Finely chopped onion stew in the oil until soft and stir with paprika. Add consecutively and sauté the tomatoes, chopped and washed with warm water and finely chopped nettles, then pour hot water. Keep boiling them added rice. Dish add salt and boil on low heat until ready. Serve with yogurt.

Try without the tomatoes and put some mint.
Fast and tasty dish, which I guess is done in every family. Can be done with other zelenishi - spinach, salt bush, dock and instead boil to in the oven. Because there are tomatoes, I prefer it with fresh garlic, radishes and olives instead of yogurt.
