Oil fish with tomatoes and onions

Ingredients
4 small oily fish
5 onions
peeled tomatoes 800 g (1 jar)
2 tablespoons flour
1 tbsp paprika
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 bay leaf
6 peppercorns
100 ml water

Method
Fish is cleaned of gills and guts, salted and sprinkle both sides with flour and ranks in the tray. In the oil stew the onions, cut into crescents with water. Add red pepper and tomatoes. Allow to boil. Then pour over the fish, add the bay leaf and pepper and bake in the oven until ready.
