Omelet with bacon and blue cheese

Ingredients
1/2 tbsp butter (optional)
50-60 g bacon (about 2 strips)
2 eggs
1 tbsp water or milk or cream
salt and pepper
2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
tomato (optional)

Method
Non-stick pan over medium heat stove with the butter (if using). Add chopped bacon into small pieces and fry. Eggs beat with 1 tbsp water (or milk or cream) and seasoned with salt and pepper. Add to bacon. When eggs on top tight omelet turns and half of it sprinkle with 1 tbsp blue cheese. If you enjoy tomatoes, they are cut into thin slices and arrange on blue cheese (only half omelet). When the omelette is baked, it is folded in half and sprinkle with the remaining blue cheese. Serve with bread optional.
