Palak breaded

Ingredients
500 g spinach
150 g feta cheese breaded
1 onion
100 g butter
salt and pepper, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp cumin seeds 3 bay leaves
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
sunflower oil

Method
Mix the ginger and garlic paste, hot pepper with a little water and spinach. Boil it in a pressure cooker for about 7-8 minutes (before bends). Cut the feta cheese breaded cubes, leaving a few cubes aside for decoration. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and fry the batter until browned. Remove it from the pan and leave it aside. Heat half of the butter and fry it with bay leaves cumin beans. Add the onion, finely chopped. Add salt, pepper and garam masala and mix well. Then add the breaded and cooked spinach. After transfer the mixture boil in a pan by adding the remaining butter. Bake 30 minutes at 180 C. Serve the dish decorated with pieces of breaded.
