Pancakes with baked pumpkin

Ingredients
500 g pumpkin
100 g cream
150 g sugar
40 ml cognac
# For the pancakes:
100 ml milk
50 ml carbonated water
60 g flour
egg 1
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp sugar
salt
20 g butter
Method
With the products prepared pancakes and are coated with the butter. Are arranged one over the other. Pumpkin is peeled, cleaned of seeds, cut into large slices and arrange in a baking dish. Pour a little water and sprinkle with sugar portion. Baked in a moderate oven. Cream mix with remaining sugar. Once the pumpkin cool, cut into small pieces and mix with the cream. Add the cognac and stir gently. Prepared stuffing and pumpkin cream is spread over the pancakes and they were wrapped in rolls. Optional dessert can be flooded with fruit syrup.
