Pancakes with cheese

Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) flour
500 ml milk
4 eggs
250 g solid feta cheese
150 g cream
paprika
nutmeg
salt
flour
breadcrumbs
sunflower oil
Method
Make a dough of flour, milk, 3 eggs and salt to taste and fry pancakes in the heated sunflower oil. Grated feta cheese mixed with cream, red pepper, grated nutmeg. Fill the pancakes folded in two, the ends are pressed well, rolled in flour, beaten egg, breadcrumbs and fried in sunflower oil. Serve with vegetable salad.
