PANETONE with mortadella and mozzarella

Ingredients
500 g flour
20 g fresh yeast
3 eggs
50 g butter
150 g mortadella
200 g mozzarella
1 tsp sugar
salt
Method
Yeast dissolved in 1 hour. h. lukewarm water with sugar. The butter melts. In the sifted flour is made well and pour the yeast, eggs and salt. While stirring add the butter trickle. Knead into a soft dough and leave to rise for several hours in a warm place. Knead lightly is by adding diced mortadella and mozzarella. The dough was put in a greased form panetone (high and with a smaller diameter). Allow to rise for 30-40 minutes. Bake in a preheated 200 ° C oven for 40-45 minutes.
