Pickles with plastic caps

Ingredients
15 healthy cherry leaves
2 kg gherkins
celery or fennel
3 tbsp salt

Method
Pickles wash nice and clean from the stalk, cut out as a small part of them. At the bottom of a 3-liter jar put 15 healthy cherry leaves, arrange them on the pickles. Top put celery or fennel. Salt dissolve in advance in a little water and dumped in the pickles, dilute with water to the edge of the jar and sandwiching a plastic cover. Shake and leave to cool and continue to shake the jar to seven days once a day, during this period the brine is boiled slightly. If the jar keep warm cucumbers turn white, but not fatal, remain healthy and crunchy.

it is time for pickles. This year more edrichki, but will still be delicious. The recipe is for those who prefer acidic to sweet taste of pickled, gherkins.
