Pita goat feta cheese and walnuts

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 and 1/2 cup flour
salt
1 cup butter
1 1 / 2tbsp cold water
# For the filling:
5 leaves of lettuce
3 sprigs of onion
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
1 clove garlic
300 g goat or cow feta cheese
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 .ch. cream
salt
pepper
2 tbsp walnut sunflower oil
2 tbsp grated cheese
30 g chopped walnuts
Method
In deep bowl mix flour and salt, add the butter (cold and diced), until the mixture looked like bread crumbs. Involved with cold water. The dough is shaped into a ball, turn and leave to stand for 1 hour in the cold. Heat oven to 190 C. Spread in advance floured tray and pricked with a fork. Bake for about 10 minutes. Lettuce and onion finely and place on baked dough. Sprinkle with coriander, crushed garlic and crumbled feta cheese. In a separate bowl whisk the eggs and cream. Add spices and the mixture was poured onto the dough. Bake about 25 minutes. Once removed from the oven cake smeared with sunflower oil and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.
