Crispy strudel Petya

500 g filo pastry
5-6 apples
10 g cinnamon
1/3 cup sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
2-3 tbsp caster sugar

Apples are cleaned and grated. In a pot or pan pour apples with 2-3 tablespoons of the oil and a few tablespoons of sugar. Lightly fry until tender nice apples. A sheet in the filling, add salt with cinnamon breadcrumbs and sugar. Wound on rolls and lining up in pre-greased baking dish. Bake at 180C for about 20 minutes or until it turns rosy. Once baked and cooled down slightly cut into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

This strudel is a tribute to my home! My picture is winter ... but I found a new one! Super easy and delicious recipe!

Sounds and looks delicious! Obazhavam apples with cinnamon prepared in any way to test it :).

Very nice dessert, I added a little nuts! I can not stop him trying :)!
