about 100 g of oatmeal
2 tbsp milk
egg 1
1 egg white
3 tbsp cottage cheese
few olives
mix vegetables (peas, carrots and corn)
1/2 tomato
salt, pepper, savory
skimmed and desalinated cheese

Method
At 100 g of oatmeal, pre-ground in a food processor, I added 2 tbsp milk, 3 tbsp cottage cheese, 1 egg, 1 egg white. This was stirred, and then formed into any shape desired. I ordered the chopped tomatoes, sprinkled Himalayan salt, black pepper, savory, added pre-soaked in water olives, skimmed or desalinated feta cheese, carrots, corn and peas. Bake middle oven for 20 minutes at 250C °.
