Ingredients
200 g flour
4 tbsp (40 g) vegetable oil
1 cup (200 ml) milk
15 g yeast
200 g feta cheese "Emmental"
150 g of salami
tomatoes
salt
pepper
marjoram
Method
Of flour, 2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil, warm milk, yeast and a pinch of salt knead dough, leave to rest for 1 hour, izmesva once more and spread on a baking dish. The dough should not only cover the bottom and must have a high edge. The dough is coated with vegetable oil and pour on the grated feta cheese and chopped salami. Pizza covered tightly with pieces of tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, seasoned with marjoram and sprinkle with a little vegetable oil. Bake in a moderate oven and serve immediately.
