Polenta for breakfast

Ingredients
500 ml milk
3 tbsp cornmeal
3 tbsp white flour
2 eggs
150 g feta cheese
sunflower oil
butter
salt
Method
Mix both types of flour, salt and two eggs . A trickle add 500 ml water and milk, pre-mixed and confusing to mixing. In a deep skillet or saucepan melting the butter, put the oil and pour the mixture. Stir until the boil and boil 5 minutes before removing from the heat and add the crumbled feta cheese. * more delicious when Zagreb mess piece of bread, not a spoon.

sounds interesting, but did not see her eat bread that kashitsa!

This mess becomes thickened as cheesy mess, so I always do with it. And go with bread, because no powdery taste. I first stapyam cheese in the pan and then proceed as described lumps. Becomes very nice. Not just for breakfast;-)

I imagine it as hominy and why! I have a friend who eats spaghetti with bread, so it is a matter of taste! :)

Yes, this may be more dense, cheese me my double, but only 2-3 tablespoons tsarevChno flour. A taste quite right:-)

I do not became thick to now in these proportions sometimes depends on flour maybe, I do not know.
