Method
Mushrooms finely and put in a pan on the stove without oil for 5-10 minutes. Then add the butter and fry until golden. The meat is cut into medium-sized pieces and add to the mushrooms and fry well. Onions, garlic and carrots finely or grate. Added to everything else. Finally pour buckwheat with 450-500 ml water, put spices. Stews under the lid on low heat 15 minutes.
