Pork chitterlings of BBQ

Ingredients
2 kg pork small and large intestines
5 cloves garlic
oil
salt
the juice of 1-2 lemons
1 onion

Method
Wash well chitterlings. Boiled with onion and a whole lemon. Boil well. When cool cut into lengths suitable for BBQ. Bake, arrange on a platter and pour the previously prepared sauce of olive oil lemon juice, chopped parsley and crushed garlic.
