Pork chops with mushrooms and wine

Ingredients
1.5 kg pork chops
600 g mushrooms
1 cup white wine
100 ml sunflower oil
100 g flour
pepper
salt
Method
After the fuck, chops are seasoned with salt and pepper and allowed to stand for 1 hour. Then rolled in flour, fry gently in a highly heated oil and then arrange in a baking pan. Chopped mushrooms fried in the same oil, place the chops on, pour the fat from frying and add the wine. On the tray is placed foil and bake 40 minutes at 180 C.
