Pork fillet with rice, ham and mushrooms

Ingredients
1 kg pork loin
100 g rice
100 g ham
100 g mushrooms
100 g cheese
1 onion
100 g of tomato paste
parsley
60 g butter
salt
spices to taste
Method
Cut the meat into small pieces and hammered, then fry in a little butter. Chop and fry in the same butter, then add to it chopped mushrooms. Rice is boiled in salted water and seasoned, and at the end add chopped ham. Rice is removed from the heat and drain the water, then sprinkle with chopped parsley and season to taste and add the fried meat. Onions and mushrooms add the tomato puree and fry well, roux pour in the rice and stir well. Rice mixture is placed in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven.
