Pork with horseradish

Ingredients
500 g pork
salt
4 black peppercorns
4 grains allspice
1 bay leaf
pinch of thyme
1 bunch roots soup
1 onion
500 g potatoes
parsley
horseradish
Method
Pork pour 1 liter of hot water, add salt, pepper, Allspice, bay leaf and thyme and boil over low heat until almost soft. Add chopped roots for soup, chopped onion, diced potatoes and everything boil until soft. Cut the meat into slices and garnish with grated horseradish. Cooked in broth potatoes sprinkle with chopped parsley and served separately.
