Pork kebab on rice

Ingredients
1 kg pork
1 carrot
1 onion
1 stalk leek
1 pepper
400 g marinated mushrooms
2 tbsp chutney
100 g of tomato juice
1 cup white wine
savory
coriander and cumin - minced meat
2-3 cloves garlic
1-2 tbsp paprika
1-2 tbsp flour
crushed chili pepper
# For the marinade:
2-3 Allspice
1-2 cloves
2 bay leaves
black pepper
onion
carrot
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
whiskey
# For rice:
1 cup rice
1 onion
turmeric
white pepper
vegeta
salt

Method
The meat is cut into chunks or strips and marinate. Marinade for vegetables cut in large pieces and whiskey puts enough to cover the meat. Mix everything well and closed court. Marinate at least two hours. Carrots, onions, leeks cut into crescents and pepper and garlic finely. The meat is removed from the marinade, drain in a colander and stew until turns white with bay leaves from marinade, coriander and cumin. Remove and in the same oil sauté the chopped vegetables, return the meat, chopped mushrooms, sprinkle with paprika, add chutney, flour, stir and add the tomato juice. Add the wine and stew a few minutes. Dilute with water or broth, enough to cover the meat, add seasoning and leave on low heat. Wash rice well. Onion cut into small pieces and fry, add rice, 3 cups water or broth, vegetata, turmeric, white pepper, and stir. Serve as is made of rice crown, and in it a kebab.
