Pork liver with garlic

Ingredients
500 g pork liver
100 g salo
15 cloves of garlic
30 g lard
30 g breadcrumbs
salt
Method
The liver is boiled and cut into long thin pieces, then fry in the lard. Season with crushed garlic with salo, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and baked in the oven.
