Pork ribs with fresh cabbage

1 kg pork ribs
1 small fresh cabbage
2-3 carrots
2-3 Allspice
1 tomato
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil

Pork ribs are left to soak in cold water. Pour the old water and add a new one. Boil about 15-20 minutes (until semi). Pork broth is filtered and retained. The cabbage is cut and placed in a pan with sunflower oil, to fry. Add red pepper, salt and grated tomato and carrots. Fry until ready. In the pan pour the cabbage and top rank cooked ribs. It is good to cover the top with a piece of cabbage. Add 3-4 cups swine broth and 1-2 tbsp sunflower oil. Put 2-3 allspice berries of flavor. Cover the pan with oil and bake fsunflower moderate oven.

Yes it is very tasty. But if you do not have time to cook ribs may first little fry the ribs and then green.

On cabbage - yogurt or - many going as spices: black pepper - 10-15, allspice beans - 4-5 and 1-2 bay leaves. Fresh cabbage and I put lemon juice if you do not put tomato.
