Pork roast in beer

Ingredients
1 kg pork sirloin
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp vegetable oil
250 ml dark beer
1 tsp sugar
black pepper
salt

Method
The meat is cleaned of fat and shape. Mix salt and powdered thyme and oregano. Spices rubbed into the meat. Fry the meat on all sides in the hot vegetable oil. The meat is placed in the pan, and the pan stew chopped onion and garlic cloves. Once stifled, add beer and sugar. The mixture boil. The mixture is poured over the meat placed in trays. The meat is baked in a moderate oven (170 C) about 90 minutes. Cut meat into 2-3 slices per portion. Serve warm, garnished with boiled or steamed vegetables.

Thanks for the recipe. Goes to Favorites :) My mom makes the meat thus :)I added a potato in the pan until cooked and then blend it with the sauce. It was very well

I put everything in the baking pan raw. Cover with foil and finally left 15 min. Without foil to finish cooking.
