Pork sirloin stuffed with

Ingredients
800 g pork sirloin
100 g rice
100 g carrots
100 g leek
2 tbsp soy sauce
40 g raisins
4 tbsp vegetable oil
pepper
salt
Method
Pig sirloin is cleaned and shaped. In sirloin incision line length and subtract some meat. Carrots cut into small cubes. Cut the leek into small pieces. In a hot vegetable oil fry rice. Add the chopped leeks, carrots, raisins, soy sauce and a glass of warm water. Slightly stew, add salt and two pinches of pepper. The resulting stuffing fill an incision of sirloin. Made roll is stitched with thread coated with vegetable oil and sprinkle with pepper and fry until browned on all sides. Roll is placed in a suitable container and pour a cup of hot water and other vegetable oil and bake in a moderate oven, paying to brown on all sides. Once removed from the oven, removing the thread and roll is cut into thick slices.
