In pork stew

Ingredients
3 pork shanks
8-10 potatoes
4-5 carrots
300 g mushrooms
300 g sour cream
1 and 1/2 cup beer or wine
salt

Method
Pork is salting and put in a pot on them cut the mushrooms, carrots and potatoes at in large pieces flushed with beer or wine, salt it with salt and add the cream. Bake at first in very hot oven, then a little about two hours and a half.
