Ingredients
3 large potatoes
1 egg
1 cup flour
50 g of powdered sugar
1 vanilla
10 g baking powder
marmalade
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and still warm compacted fine press. To warm mashed add egg, sugar, vanilla, baking powder and sifted flour. Blended into a soft dough. With spray form florets and rank in the pre-greased tray. In the middle of each pit is made rosette (finger) and placed slightly jam. Bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes.
