Potato croquettes with skinless sausages

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
250 g feta cheese
100 g cheese
1-2 skinless sausages
250 g mushrooms mushrooms - Marinated
3 eggs
sunflower oil
vegeta, garlic powder, cumin , salt, pepper
breadcrumbs for rolling
Method
Peel the potatoes well, without peel and boil in water nepodsolena about 10 minutes. Peel and leave to poizstinat less. Creased well. To potatoes add the feta cheese and grated cheese into small pieces. The skinless sausages cut into small cubes. a mushroom strips and added to the mixture. Add salt, vegeta, garlic powder, cumin and pepper. Add two egg whites. The finished mixture is thoroughly mixed and placed in the refrigerator for 1 hour. It is shaped oblong croquettes. Oval consecutively in breadcrumbs, egg and breadcrumbs again. Then fry in preheated oil.
