Potato croquettes with skinless sausages - II type

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
4 skinless sausages
1-2 tbsp chutney
1 egg
1 yolk
4 tbsp flour
1-2 tsp salt
sunflower oil for frying
# For the breading:
breadcrumbs
1 egg
Method
Potatoes must be old. Boil in salted water, peel and Strain. Awaiting the puree to cool. Add salt, sprinkle with flour, add the eggs and the mixture was kneaded.
