Potato-egg salad Niki

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
5 eggs
1 red onion
1 stalk leek
oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
pepper, salt
few olives

Method
Boil the potatoes and eggs and cut them into cubes. Cut the leeks in rings, onion crescents mix all products and flavoring. Add vinegar instead of lemon optional.
