Potato roses

sunflower oil for frying
salt
toothpicks

Method
Peel the potatoes with a brush and cut into very thin slices with the crust as chips. Add salt and leave for half an hour to soften. Place a kitchen towel to drain. Take a smaller circle and shrinks cone. Another circle on it by the middle of the second falls on the first compound. Similarly, the third circle. Use of 3 to 5 slices of potatoes. With a toothpick grasped at the bottom with stabbing. When all the roses are ready to put the warm fat with open petals down. After 15-20 seconds turn. Draw on paper to absorb the fat and remove the matches. Roses can be served with fresh cucumber rolls filled with mashed potatoes and mayonnaise or yogurt salad.
