Potato Salad

Ingredients
5-6 (500 g) of potatoes
1/4 cup (50 ml) milk or water
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
salt
Vinegar
1/2 bunch parsley
1 bunch radishes
lettuce 1
2 eggs
Method
Cook potatoes and peel. Once cool, cut into cubes, pour the boiling milk in order to become more juicy, mixed, and salting. Add parsley, vegetable oil and vinegar to taste. Mix and place in the middle of a large plate. Around in the form of a wreath arrange lettuce leaves, and on them - slices of hard-boiled eggs and radishes. Add salt and sprinkle with a little vinegar and vegetable oil.
