Potato salad and pickles

Ingredients
300 g potatoes
75 g pickles
30 ml sunflower oil
20 ml vinegar
100 ml milk
10 peppercorns
10 g mustard
4 eggs
7-8 olives
salt
Method
Peeled and washed potatoes are cooked and once cool, cut into cubes. Pour in the warm milk and stir, successive additions chopped pickles, vinegar, the oil, crushed pepper, mustard, 3 hard boiled and chopped eggs and salt. Salad mix well and garnish with slices of boiled egg fourth and olives.
