Potato salad with garlic

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
3-4 cloves garlic
1 cup vegetable broth
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp sunflower oil
vinegar
pepper
salt
cumin
Method
Cook potatoes with a little salt and cumin, peel and cut into cubes. Grind garlic and dilute broth. Add the oil, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Potatoes are covered with this mixture. The salad is served well chilled.
