Potatoes Bolognese

Ingredients
800 g potatoes
40 g grated cheddar cheese type
20 g grated feta cheese Parmesan
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
1 clove garlic
400 g beef
400 g canned tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 beef bouillon cube
chopped basil
Method
Potatoes are cleaned and peeled. Cooked and cut into halves. Carve out leaving walls 1 cm. In a hot pan with olive oil fry the chopped onion and garlic pressed. Add the mince and fry until brown. Add diced canned tomatoes, tomato paste, broth cube and basil. Being prepared without Cover 5 minutes or until the mixture is slightly thickened. Potato pulp (by sinking) is added to the minced meat and stir well. Fill the potatoes and place in a baking tray. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at upper BBQ for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
