As with many other dishes and there are options. Leek can be replaced with fresh or an old onion. Tomato juice - with tomato puree or grated fresh tomatoes or canned tomatoes. Delicious meatless dishes.

sounds good and will try tonight. Only that there is an error in the products or preparation. Red or black pepper put? I guess that is red. Furthermore, there dill or not? Where the oil is put? I think it is choking. 800 ml of tomato juice not know much about these products?

gkostova04, thank you for being ignored! May more people are asleep - the editor and proofreader of the book, and I, as I copied, and cook meals! :) Sorry! :) I'll write my way and I'll ask admins to correct, but only on Sundays. In short - suffocating onion in oil, add the processed plums, salt, sugar, tomato juice / not much, because I do not add water, or as I stated in the comments - fresh or preserved tomatoes or tomato paste, but then you should add water / pepper and bake.

tillia, thanks for the clarification. I loved it, but prunes were sweet and sugar became too sweet. For next time I will know.

gkostova04, sugar is added to kill the acid strand of tomato juice, and the plums, especially when pitted. But this is a matter of taste, and if you were very sweet, cut, just put a pinch of sugar or do not put. Good luck :)
