Pudding cauliflower and cheese

Ingredients
700 g of cauliflower
4 eggs
2 egg whites
60 g butter
100 g solid feta cheese
50 g breadcrumbs
Salt
butter spreads
breadcrumbs for sprinkling
Method
Cauliflower is placed in boiling salted water, boiled almost until soft, remove and cut into small pieces. The butter is mixed with salt, gradually add the egg yolks, then cauliflower, grated feta cheese, sifted bread crumbs, and finally shattered solid whites. Place the mixture in a greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form and bake in a low oven. Serve with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes and vegetable salad. Similarly can be prepared pudding and other Vegetables, e.g. cabbage.
