Pudding of cod or zander and mayonnaise

Ingredients
500 g cod or zander
200 g tomatoes
2 onions
60 g butter
3 slices white bread
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
2 eggs
1/2 lemon
1/2 clove garlic
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
In 200 ml water and a little lemon juice is boiled sliced pieces 1 onion, parsley, pepper and salt, add salted cod and stew under lid until soft. Slices of bread are flooded with hot milk and leave to soak. Chop finely second onion, fry to yellowing in sunflower oil, add the garlic and tomatoes and stew, stirring constantly. Compressing the mixture, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Remove bones from tender cod, crushed with a fork and mix with the butter and squeezed bread. Add tomato mixture, egg yolks and finally the beaten egg whites. Place dough in an oiled baking dish or form, Cover with lid, placed in a water bath and bake in the oven or container of water Cover with a lid and boil on a hot plate. Pudding served warm or cold with mayonnaise.
