Pudding with gooseberry

Ingredients
200 g butter
1 cup (200 g) powdered sugar
120 g flour
2 eggs
pinch of salt
pinch of baking soda
500 g gooseberry
30 g walnuts
Method
Gooseberry is cleaned and washed. Melt 60 g butter in a suitable container, add 80 g of sugar and finely chopped walnuts, the mixture is poured into a deep, greased with butter proof dish and cover with gooseberry. Remaining butter mixed with 120 g of powdered sugar and stir to foam, add the beaten eggs and flour sifted with salt and baking soda, mix well and pour the grapes. Pudding is baked in low oven for 40 minutes. Turns it on a plate so that the grapes to remain on top.
